SHIPPING POLICY

We guarantee that any order(s) paid before 3:00 pm AEST (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) will be sent on the same day. Otherwise, it will be sent on the next working day. 

Our shipping rate is the cheapest among the online stores of this industry, although we pay higher to our shipping supplier. We currently use Australia Post as our only delivery company, because we like to give our customers the best service. 

1. They can deliver to any address in Australia such as P.O. Boxes, Parcel Lockers, remote islands, etc... (while some couriers refuse to deliver to remote areas, PO boxes, etc) 

2. If you are not home when they attempt to deliver, they will leave a notification card so that you can pick it up at your local post office at a convenient time for you. (While other couriers will leave a card as well, there is no option for a post office pick up, so you still must be home to wait for their second attempt at delivering your goods).

3. Their Express Post is consistently reliable and excellent. 

Normal Shipment Charges

* $10 flat shipping fee is applied for orders that are less than $100.
* Free delivery for orders that are more than $100.

Tracking Numbers

Tracking numbers are available for all Express Post and normal orders that are more than $20. For normal orders that are less than $20, tracking numbers are provided on some items (that are sent within sachels.)

Discreet Packaging

To protect our customer's privacy, all of our parcels are packed with complete discretion in mind. The packaging is plain and the return sender is just our P.O. Box address. There will be no identifiable information on the parcel. 

We pack all fragile products with multiple layers of bubble wrap, then we use an extra cardboard layer for added piece of mind. Our intact and unbroken delivery rate is above 98%


RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All product descriptions and prices are made in good faith and are accurate to the best of our ability. Any errors in the description or pricing will be rectified by us when brought to our attention. If a purchase is made based on a description that is inaccurate the customer will be entitled to a refund.

All goods sold by Bongs n Pipes are guaranteed for 14 days against defects. If you are not happy with your purchase within 14 days from receiving the delivery, then please contact us to arrange a return and refund. Please send the delivery docket back as a proof of purchase when returning.

We check and repack every product before delivery to make sure that they are in good condition. Please do not sign or accept those parcels damaged by the delivery company.

The customer will be liable for the cost of the return of the product. Bongs n Pipes may refund this cost at our discretion after assessing the returned product.

For credit card payments, the refund will be processed one month after we receive the returned product.

Products may not be returned due to:
* Damage caused by misuse or negligence.
* A change of mind by the customer.
* Any damage or imperfections stated in the item description when purchased.
